The Activity section helps you track actions taken on a contact and provides a history of activities associated with them. You can view detailed logs, perform actions such as managing contacts, and add comments or notes. Here’s a breakdown of the key features:

You can take the following actions from the Activity section:
Archive Contact
- Description: Archive a contact to keep your contact list organized while retaining their information for future reference.
- Action: Select the contact you want to archive, and choose the Archive Contact option.
Delete Contact
- Description: Permanently remove a contact from your system if they are no longer needed or are inactive.
- Action: Select the contact and choose the Delete Contact option. Be cautious, as this action cannot be undone.
Invite Contact
- Description: Send an invite to a contact via email. This can be used to onboard new clients, partners, or users.
- Required Field: Email Address
- Enter the contact’s email address to send the invite.

In the Activity section, you can communicate with contacts or share information:
