Introduction

AkibaOne allows you to quickly verify contacts using Basic KYC (Know Your Customer) or Phone Number Verification. This guide walks you through the process step-by-step. Ensure you have sufficient credits before starting (13 credits for KYC, 9 for phone verification).

Steps to Perform Verification

1. Access the Verifications Dashboard

• Log in to your AkibaOne account.

• Navigate to the Contacts Dashboard (typically found in the main menu or dashboard overview).

2. Add a New Contact

• Click the Add New Verification button (this is located at the top-right corner of the dashboard).

3. Enter Contact Details

• Fill in the individual’s information in the required fields. This may include:

  • Full name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Additional identification details (e.g., government ID number).

4. Select Verification Type

• Choose one of the following options:

  • Basic KYC Verification (13 credits per contact): Validates identity details against official records.

  • Phone Number Verification (9 credits per contact): Confirms the phone number’s validity and ownership.

5. Submit for Verification

• Review the details for accuracy.

• Click Submit to initiate the verification.

What Happens Next?

• The system will process your request.

• Results will appear in the Verifications Dashboard once completed.
